AuthorHello. I have always been a teacher! Working in public education for thirty years has been a wonderful and rewarding experience. Teaching piano has been so much fun and writing Smarty Pants Music is icing on the cake! I couldn't find simplistic, musical notation with repetition patterns for younger students...so I wrote my own. Thanks to wonderful students, parents and my publisher, Dr. Mike Prater, this adventure is ready to launch!!!! We hope to enable "anyone" to play the piano which is a life-long learning skill.
